Twisted South Food Truck is the innovative new concept from the culinary mastermind of Chef Adam Jessup.
Chef Adam’s passion for the culinary arts was deeply influenced by his father who, at a young age, taught and instilled in him a love for cooking. After training at Johnson & Wales University, the best culinary program in the country, graduating from Florida International University with a bachelors in Hospitality, and becoming an Executive chef with Aramark and Lifeworks, Adam then decided to venture on his own culinary journey.
Based on the foundation of traditional southern foods, taught to him by his father, and bringing inspiration from his travels around the world.



Chef Adam hopes to "Recreate the classic dishes from the table, and serve them in unexpected twisted ways…"
